Card Sorting is a technique that allows users to review and categorize your information or terms. It provides insights into whether users understand the term labels and titles for clarity and understanding. It is a simple process of writing the terms, concepts, or features on cards (i.e. index cards) and instructing the user’s to sort and categorize them in various ways.
