Behavioral Mapping
« Back to Glossary Index
Behavioral Mapping involves tracking the paths users take and the actions they perform with the goal of understanding how they think and engage with a product, service, environment, etc. This method is used to systematically observe and document users’ behavior (actions, emotions, challenges, successes, etc.) over time or the course of an ‘experience’.
