Empathy Map
An empathy map is a tool used in user experience (UX) design to help designers understand and empathize with the users of a product or service. It is a visual representation of the user’s thoughts, feelings, needs, and behaviors, and is typically created through a combination of research and brainstorming. The empathy map is divided into four quadrants: “What they see,” “What they hear,” “What they think and feel,” and “What they do.” Each quadrant captures different aspects of the user’s experience and helps the design team to understand the user’s perspective and create a more user-centered design.
